Custom Glass Fabrication & Technical Capabilities
Fast Replacement Glass provides specialized glass cutting solutions for manufacturing, foundry, recycling, and industrial customers, as well as custom residential applications. Here is what we fabricate:
- High-Temperature Ceramic Glass: Pyroceram® and Robax® replacement glass cut directly to your exact dimensions.
- Tempered Glass: Precision-cut to size as small as 1" x 1" in thicknesses ranging from 1/8" to 1/2".
- Stock Glass Sheets: High-heat Pyroceram® and Borofloat® brand ceramic glass sheets.
- Borosilicate Tubes, Rods & Flats: Available in thicknesses from 1/8" to 2-1/4".
- Quartz Fabrication: Quartz tubes, flats, and rods up to 4" thick.
- Specialty Waterjet Cutting: Complex shapes, irregular cuts, and precision waterjet-drilled holes for specialty applications.
Important Fabrication Notice
Please note the following restrictions prior to submitting your quote request:
- We are currently unable to fabricate glass with a bow design.
- Our glass products are NOT appropriate for glass cooktops.
- We do not supply glass beds or build plates for 3D printers.
