Limited Warranty
Glass enclosures are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation. Metal components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of installation, excluding the finish. Glass that breaks during normal use is covered by a lifetime replacement warranty, with shipping costs for replacement glass covered for one (1) year from the date of installation.
Manufacturing defects must be reported in writing to the customer’s local dealer within fourteen (14) days following the end of the applicable warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to defects in manufacturing. Coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse, over-firing, improper operation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, modifications, or use of the enclosure for anything other than its intended purpose. Frame discoloration caused by over-firing is considered abuse and is not covered.
No warranty is provided regarding a maximum temperature or stress level that may cause glass breakage. Slight variations in color resulting from anodizing, plating, or powder-coating processes are considered normal and are not warranty defects. Warranty coverage requires proper use, reasonable care, and compliance with the instructions provided with the product.
