Important Information:

This product is intended only for standard rectangular glass. If your appliance requires an arch, clipped corner, notch, radius, or another specialty shape, select the appropriate specialty cut before ordering.

Measure the inside dimensions of the glass opening using a metal tape measure. Subtract approximately 1/8 inch from both the width and height to allow for normal thermal expansion. Double-check all measurements before submitting your order, as custom-cut glass cannot be modified once production begins.

Do not overtighten retaining clips or mounting hardware during installation.

Fast Replacement Glass provides Pyroceram ceramic glass cut to the specific size requirements submitted by the customer. We warrant to our immediate customers that the glass product ordered will be free from defects in material and workmanship on the day of shipment.

This warranty applies only to defects in the glass product as shipped. It does not cover damage, breakage, performance issues, or failure caused by customer handling, incorrect measurements, improper installation, misuse, over-tightened hardware, lack of clearance for thermal expansion, or use in an appliance or application that is not approved for ceramic glass.

Because ceramic glass expands when heated, the glass must be measured and installed with proper clearance. If the glass pane is ordered too tightly or installed without allowing for thermal expansion during operation of the heating appliance, breakage may occur and is not covered by this warranty.

I purchased an older home with a gas Vermont castings stove. I have never used it because the glass was cracked. After several years, I decided to restore the firebox and get it into working order. After several months, the glass was the only thing left to fix. I looked around for a bit and this was by far the best price I have found. I carefully measured what I had and made my purchase. Thank you ever so much for getting this in queue so quickly and shipped today! Tho we are only in California, we are in the Northern region with temps very low. Our sole source of heat is a very old wood stove (that heats the house great), but with a crack in the glass on door, we cannot regulate the heat due to too much air getting inside.

I thought I was out of luck and would have to buy a new stove when the glass on mine cracked since its no longer manufactured. Luckily i found out that i could have it custom cut. Lead time was 5 days but it shipped out in just 2! And arrived super quick. Measurements were spot on can't wait to fire the stove up again

When my wood stove glass broke for my door I didn't know much about what type of glass I needed so that It would not break again. I thought I could just get normal tempered glass, buy when I called they told me that because of the high heat I was going to need ceramic glass. The price was just right at 50$ for my piece of glass and there sales people were very nice and even recommended some gasketing. Saved me a trip to go get it. glass came fast and was cut exactly the way I ordered it.
